PMA Activities: Process adjustments, fee notes, credit notes, statements and provisions as required. Processing write ups/downs and pre-approved batches. Assist with the follow up on long outstanding debt with partner and client. Run clear exceptions reports. Provide assistance on timesheet and PMA training to the business Unit staff. Open and maintain projects on Oracle system including projects budgets and billing schedule. Obtain new clients details from relevant person and submit to assigned person in the region/national Shared Service Centre. Accounts Receivable: Print and distribute debtor statements as required. Produce age analysis. Provide cash collection forecasts to regional or Business Unit controller for collation. Procurement: Process all Oracle purchase orders and good receipt notes. Expense Claims: Produce and review expense claim report for partner approval. Financial Reporting: Print the management reports on a monthly basis. Perform ad hoc analysis as requested by partners or controllers. Budget: Assist in the budgeting process. Month-end and financial year-end: Perform activities allocated in terms of month-end and year-end programs. Compiling management packs. Ensure that month and year-end timetables are adhered to. Draft adjustment journals. Ad hoc: Perform other activities as required to achieve the goals of the Shared Service Centre.
